Who am I

Philip Anthony Counselling

I have worked with Children & Young people for many years. Whatever the reason for contacting me, whether it be Behaviour, Sexuality, Anxiety, ADHD, Autism etc. I am used to the individuality that children can bring to sessions. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Therapy Focus

Person-Centred Therapy can be very useful for children and young people. It allows the time and space for them to talk at their own pace and not be judged.

Play Therapy is also very useful for younger children. Talking in a relaxed environment or expressing emotions and thoughts through various child focused play/themes, allows them to talk freely.

Behaviours

I sometimes hear from parents/guardians that they are wary of taking their child to therapy, as they don't know how they will behave.

I have worked with the quietest of young people to the angriest, so please contact me if you have any questions. No question is silly or wrong so drop me an email, text or call. Whatever you are more comfortable with.
